The Return of the Lady

Sophistication - ClassElegance: Are these mere words? Not for this one.  These words not only describe her but is all that embodies Atlanta's one and only "The Return of The Lady" - because there is none like Clothier-Costumer-Model-Activist, Carol "The Lady" Causieetko-McCollum.  Those who have been adorned with just the shadow of her style and grace, walk away changed forever.
A passionate spokesperson for the betterment of mankind as a whole, "The Lady" speaks out in forums of her own creations and vision.  Specialty Tea Parties that are themed and designed to fit any occasion, Modern Etiquette classes that encourage and provide a voice for women issues, her own "This is Not a Wife Beater" tee-shirts designed for men and women, and a series of "The Lady Speaks" roundtable forums with her daughter LoReal McCollum (Lady 2.0) and some of the most notable personalities in the world, discussing and sharing their views about Interpersonal Relationship issues are just some of many rabbits this extraordinary lady pulls out of her many hats which are a part of her signature look.  Gloves, hankies, and period clothing are all a part of who she is. A graduate of Hampton University, from childhood, the calling was upon her life to personify the meaning of etiquette, revive what is lost in femininity, and to carry on the legacy of what it means to always be presented as not only a woman but most importantly, "A Lady".

Most recently, "The Lady" outfitted the entire cast of over sixty people for Fantasia's video shoot "Rube's Cafe" for her "2010 Back to Me" concert tour, that along with Fantasia featured Terri J. Vaughn, Chrystale Wilson, Ray Lavender and Terrell Carter, as well as dressed Jasmine Guy and others for Atlanta's National Black Arts Festival Gala.  She was also invited to Spellman and Morehouse Colleges where she spoke to students on the subject of Domestic and Interpersonal Violence issues this past semester.

If style and grace are the backdrop - there you'll see "The Lady" - If a rare antique car is parked somewhere near - there you'll see "The Lady" - and - If fashion like none other is in the venue - there you will see "The Lady".

In 2011, Atlanta will experience a renaissance, a revolution and see an explosion of all that is representative of “The Return of The Lady”.
